The Diploma Thesis ‘Subzero_Life beyond Parking’ has been awarded an “Honorable Mention” at the 2016 annual European Architectural Medals that award excellence in crossing the threshold from education to profession, placing it within the list of the top 7 European Diploma Projects of 2016.
The Diploma Thesis represented the NTUA Architecture Faculty at the EAM BDP 2016 awards.

A short dissertation which puts the various manifestos of the pioneers of modern architecture (early 20th cenury) under the radar of retroactiveness, judging them as the main cause of the present absence of strong architectural dialogue.

This thesis dissertation explores the latent Modernity of the 1890 – 1935s Manhattan using Latour’s   notion of “Modern Constitution”. Its aim is to emancipate Manhattan from the indictments of the “self-regarding Modern” Le Corbusier and to declare it Modern through the introduction of the term of “process” of modernity.

July 2013   ‘Primary School at Pefkakia: an enigmatic relationship between creator and creation’
8th Semester Research concernig Pikionis’ Primary School at Pefkakia. Aim of the paper is the clarification of the reasons which resulted in the renunciation of the built project by its creator through the examination of Pikioni’s architecture and the latter’s relationship with the expressinism of the Greek Modern Movement.
